My dear Lucy I will never forget how I met you in St Dominic School when I went to pick John Bosco. I remember it so clearly because we both looked at each other with Aaron by your side and my John by my side. There was that instant smile we gave each other and our children played whilst we talked, exchanged numbers and laughed especially gazing at how our children interacted with each other. So this is how our friendship grew. I visited you many times as I took Maryann and John for their activities and your instant hospitality with tea, cakes and samosas amazed me always. Being with your grandma was fun and so also your dad and mum. Such fun we used to have with talks and laughter, our children birthday parties .. these memories will always stay plus I have all the photos. Then I left for Canada for 4 years but when I came back you welcomed me again and picked up where we left. Going to Medjugorje with you in a group and climbing those mountains were real fun. You gave me such encouragement when I was in pain. Always gave me your ears to listen to me. I thank you for your love, support and friendship. Your Francis, Aaron and Nicole will be here near us and will make sure we will be there for them. Your smile and laughter and tears we share a lot and you will always be in our thoughts and prayers.
